The structure of this variable is as follows: Each consecutive 4 bytes represent a threshold value. There are up to 10 possible bins per measurement type (FD, FDV). The first 4 bytes represent the upper threshold of Bin #1. The next 4 bytes represent the upper threshold of Bin #2, etc. Threshold measurement unit is microseconds.
