Packets will be forwarded when the idle timer expires. The idle time interval is specified as a multiple of 50 milliseconds. The multiple is given by the parameter value. For example, a value of 60 sets an interval of 3 seconds. If the parameter value is 0, no forwarding occurs after the idle condition.
