SNMPv2-SMICounter32
Number of seconds that the buffer underflows in the selected interval. This records the count of the number of seconds the Receive (Eth to TDM) buffer underflows in the selected interval. In the case of a continuous underflow caused by a loss of Frame flow, a single buffer underflow should be counted.
