This trap is sent upon restart. Upon recieving this trap the NMS will set the device's date and time. This trap's purpose is to fix a problem in ACE2002, ACE-2002E, ACE-202. The problem is that the Date and Time is stored in the NVRAM, and when the NVRAM's battery is empty, the device loses this information.
