The minimum required phase balance at source 1. When the percentage difference between the minimum and maximum phase voltage measurements at source 1 is greater than this value, source quality is considered bad and the generator run signal is asserted to begin generator operation. Specified as a percentage. A value of zero indicates that phase balance is ignored when determining source quality. -1 if not available.
