Enumeration
The status of switchgear breaker. unknown(1) indicates the breaker status is unknown. opened (2) indicates the breaker is opened. closed (3) indicates the breaker is closed. NOTE: If there are more than one breaker of the same type, the status reflects the aggregated value. For battery breakers as example, closed would mean that at least one breaker is closed.
