The amount of delay, in seconds, between when
power is provided to the MasterSwitch plus and
when the MasterSwitch plus provides basic master
power to the outlets.
              
Allowed values are:
              
0 - 9999 seconds (0 - 2hrs, 46 mins, 39 secs).
0 indicates to apply power immediately.
