b0 - Minimum current threshold exceeded (critical)
b1 - Low current threshold exceeded (warning)
b2 - High current threshold exceeded (warning)
b3 - Maximum current threshold exceeded (critical)
b4 - Breaker is open (critical)
              
If a bit is set, the corresponding alarm is active.
