selected control sensor temperature is above the
setpoint. At the top of this range, the cool mode
outputs at 100%. The deadband does not apply to PID-
controlled modes.  Measured in tenths of degrees
Celsius.
A value of -2147483648 indicates that this OID does
not apply to this device due to its configuration.
