scalar mandatory Integer32 
The temperature that will cause a Low Temperature
Condition to become true.  The Low Temperature Condition will
become true when:
          
    proCurrentTemp <= proLowTempThreshold.
          
The low temperature condition will reset when:
          
    proCurrentTemp > (proLowTempThreshold + proTempHysteresis).
          
This range is checked one per proTempPollPeriod.
