The temperature that will cause a High Temperature
Condition to become true.  The High Temperature Condition will
become true when:
          
    proCurrentTemp >= proHighTempThreshold.
          
The high temperature condition will reset when:
          
    proCurrentTemp < (proHighTempThreshold - proTempHysteresis).
          
This range is checked one per proTempPollPeriod.
