This applies to the following operations. 1) Switch all outlets on operation is executed 2) Power to the PDU is cycled It is specified in seconds, 0 <= value <= 3600 seconds. The effective time interval used can never be less than the inrushGuardDelay defined in the unitConfigurationTable.
