column r/w SensorStateEnumeration 
The actuator state.
A get operation retrieves the state of the actuator.
A set operation changes the state of the sensor.
The valid states depend on the actuator type. See the comment
for SensorStateEnumeration. Attempting to set the state to any
other value will generate an error.
