Each entry contains specific power spectral density settings for
a particular profile. A default profile for each particular
ADSL mode or flavor supporting PSD configuration will exist
(See the pdnAdslModeSpecificPsdConfAdslMode object the the
range of possible ADSL modes or flavors that are possible). 
For example, if only ADSL2 and ADSL2plus modes are supported,
the indices would be 'DEFVAL_ADSL2' and 'DEFVAL_ADSL2PLUS'.
The DEFVAL rows may be modified but not deleted. The DEFVAL rows            
will always exist and its parameters will be set to vendor or 
product specific values, unless otherwise specified in this document.
