The rate of transmition frames in bursts. The value 0 means, that osRfc2544ProbeInterval will be used. Objects osRfc2544ProbeInterval and osRfc2544Rate DO NOT NECESSARILY CORRESPOND TO EACH OTHER on GET operation. GET operation always returns the last configured or default value.
