This object when written performs the configured options for all
possible SNMP notifications.
          
          
When object is written:
setAllTrapsNoFilters(1)  All traps are configured to not filtered,
                         meaning the product can generate all traps.
          
setAllTrapsFilter(2)     All traps are configured to filtered,
                         meaning the product cannot generate any trap.
          
This object can read or written at any time.
