Enumeration
The 802.1p user priority value against which
the value contained in the user priority
field of a tagged 802.1 frame is compared. A
test for equality is performed when determining
if a match exists between the data in a data link
layer frame and the value of this entry.
A value of 'matchAllPriorities(9)' causes all
user priority values to match this attribute.
This essentially makes any comparisons with
regard to user priority values unnecessary.
