to show that VCD Test is already
completed with no Error.
vcdTestCompletedWithError=(4)- used for SNMP GET operation
to show that VCD Test is already
completed with some Error.
vcdNotTested=(5) - used for SNMP GET operation
to show that VCD Test has not yet been executed.
