Enumeration
The source of the extended digits when the user of attached equipment dials a speed dial number. This is applicable only when the number of extended dial digits is greater than zero. When map is specified, extended digits are taken from the extended digits field in the map table. When user is specified, extended digits are taken from the user of attached equipment.
