One DID/SDID combination is represented by one conceptual row in the table. An entry may only exist for an interface that is capable of JPEG 2000, i.e. when any of the bits `j2kEnc' or `j2kDec' are set in `itsIfCapabilities'. The data is valid only if the interface is enabled for JPEG 2000.
