Enable/Disable the voltage message waiting indicator.
              
When new messages are awaiting attention on the messaging
server, the unit uses the line voltage to power the LED on the
telephone in addition to the default method.
              
This variable is effective only if the endpoint is configured
to use the visual message waiting indicator (mwiConfigActivation).
              
This variable's semantics are different depending on protocol
and/or hardware platforms.
