Object
Enable/Disable the message waiting service.
This service, used in conjunction with a voice-messaging system, will enable the
user to be notified when new messages are awaiting attention on the messaging
server. The user will be alerted by the blinking of the LED on the phone, and a
different dial tone when picking up the handset (called the message waiting tone).
This variable's semantics are different depending on protocol
and/or hardware platforms.
