Ring Management
          
Configures how the ring pulse is sent on FXS ports.
          
  * Cascade: FXS ports are prevented from ringing at the same
    time in order to reduce the peak power usage of the
    device.
  * Simultaneous: All ports ring at the same time.
          
Note: This parameter is only used by the Mx4102 platform.
