Static Domain Name
Static Domain Name Configuration. The
SpecificDomainNames.ConfigSource parameter must be set to
'Static' for this value to be applied.
This configuration overrides the default configuration set in
the DefaultStaticDomainName parameter when the
SpecificDomainNames.EnableConfig parameter is set to
'Enable'.
