LUM-TCMgmtNameString
The name of the object, for example
'rpg:1:2:1', where the numbers indicate the
subrack, slot and TX port number for the local
interface of the group.
The interface is either a client interface
or a line interface. This depends on the
protection type, which in turn depends on
the type of board that is involved.
