When this parameter is 'disabled' there
is no way to access the board via RS-232.
Note, the setting applies to all boards in all chassis.
enabled - Access is allowed
disabled - No access is allowed.
The boot monitor and LINUX login are blocked.
bootdisabled - The boot monitor is blocked while LINUX login is allowed.
Only administrator can change the local console access settings.
