LUM-TCEnableDisable
The CU front ICN port access is used for
internal connection between subracks.
When this parameter is 'disabled' there
is no way to access next node via ICN1 or ICN2.
enabled - Access is allowed
disabled - No access is allowed.
Only administrator can change the CU front ICN port access settings.
