if applicable, also the speed.
Synopsis: configure [<format> [<speed>]]
If no arguments are given, the user will be prompted.
tpQMr, tpQMri, tpqmp: If speed is set manually, the
Bitrate unavailable alarm will not appear even if the
there is a difference between the transceiver speed
and the chosen speed.
