Enable or Disable the TFTP service on the CU for transferring files using DCN or the local craft ETH port (CU-SFP/III).
enabled - TFTP server on CU (Control Unit) is allowed to recieve data from DCN and Locat Craft ETH.
disabled - TFTP server on CU (Control Unit) is not allowed to recieve data to/from DCN and Local Craft ETH.
This is default from release 27.
Note: Local Craft ETH is available on CU-SFP/III.
