A non-zero value indicates the external control plane 
application agentId to which all inbound packets matching
this ACL rule are copied.  A value of zero means mirroring 
is not in effect. This action is mutually exclusive of 
mirroring (aclIpv6RuleMirrorIntf object) redirect to interface
(aclIpv6RuleRedirectIntf object), and redirect to external 
agent (aclIpv6RuleRedirectExtAgentId object) rule attributes.
