Object
Controls creation/deletion of entries in this table. Only the values 'createAndGo' ,'destroy', 'active' and 'notInService' may be SET. The SNMP manager would set the row status to notInService before making any VC class attribute changes explained in juniAtmVcClassTable. Once the VC class attribute changes are complete, the SNMP manager would set the row status to active, upon which the VC class attribute changes would be committed. Any ATM VC class attribute changes that are made when the row status is 'active' are committed right away.
