The time remaining, in seconds, before the system enters thermal protection mode while the thermal protection status is set to inHoldOff. The value decrements every second until it reaches zero, and the status changes to activatedHoldOffExpired. When the thermal protection status is not inHoldOff or activatedHoldOffExpired, the value is set to the hold off time.
