Enumeration
The object is used to decide whether initial optical module alarm should be reported or suppressed when a port is shut down.
Options:
1.enable(1) - When a port is shut down, no alarm will be reported if we plug-out the optical module.
2.disable(2) - When a port is shut down, plug-out the optical module, alarm will be reported;
But if there's no optical module at the beginning, no alarm will be reported.
The default value is enable(1).
