Actual Power Spectrum Density (PSD) Upstream. The average upstream transmit PSD over the sub-carriers used for upstream. It ranges from -900 to 0 units of 0.1 dB (Physical values are -90 to 0 dBm/Hz). A value of 0x7FFFFFFF(2147483647) indicates the measurement is out of range to be represented.
