Also, the 100 - Vdsl2ConfTemplateChan3RaRatioDs is the ratio of excess data rate to be assigned to all other bearer channels on Downstream direction. The sum of rate adaptation ratios over all bearers on the same direction shall be equal to 100%. Unit: percents
