Description of the facility of the output syslog information.
Options:
1. local0(1) -indicates that the syslog facility is local0.
2. local1(2) -indicates that the syslog facility is local1.
3. local2(3) -indicates that the syslog facility is local2.
4. local3(4) -indicates that the syslog facility is local3.
5. local4(5) -indicates that the syslog facility is local4.
6. local5(6) -indicates that the syslog facility is local5.
7. local6(7) -indicates that the syslog facility is local6.
8. local7(8) -indicates that the syslog facility is local7.
9. default(9) -indicates that the syslog facility is not set yet.
The system provides eight facility from local0(1) to local7(8) to config the syslog facility.
The default(9) indicates that the syslog facility is not set yet.
When the value is default(9), the facility of operating syslog or security syslog is local0,
and the facility of alarm/event syslog is associate with the alarm/event type as follows:
ALARM TYPE FACILITY
1. COMMUNICATION local0
2. SERVICE QUALITY local1
3. PROCESS ERROR local2
4. EQUIPMENT local3
5. ENVIRONMENTAL local4
