The synchronizing administration. Options: 1.nosynmode(-1)-indicates the default status in the system. 2.interval(3) -indicates that the host should send all the log between hwLogSynBeginSn and hwLogSynEndSn. 3.all(4) -indicates that the host sends all log to NMS.
