column Enumeration 
Load fuse state, including the auxiliary load fuse.
Options:
1. on(1)       - indicates that the fuse is connected
2. off(2)      - indicates that the fuse is disconnected
3. invalid(-1) - indicates that the device can not get the value, e.g. the EMU does not support this operation, or the EMU state is abnormal
