The value of this object identifies the network diameter of the STP. It affects the time that include hello time, forward delay time and maxage. Every bridge can set the diameter of Bridge, and it is effective when the bridge is the root bridge. Effective in the CIST. The value ranges from 2 to 7. The default value is 7.
