The value of this object identifies the mode of authenticating Level-1 Hello PDUs: null(0): indicates that area-based authentication is not configured. md5(1): indicates that the password is encrypted through MD5 and then sent. simple(2): indicates that the password is sent in plaintext. keychain(3): indicates that the key-chain that varies with the time is encrypted through MD5 and then sent. By default, area-based authentication is not configured.
