Indicates the CAR mode. It is used to modify and query the board CAR mode and does not support the create or delete operation. Before the CAR mode of a board is modified, the board cannot have any service port or port CAR configuration. When the CAR mode of a board is modified, hwFrameIndex and hwSlotIndex must be specified and leaf hwBoardTrafficModeType must be issued. The indexes of this entry are hwFrameIndex and hwSlotIndex.
