The state of this session.
The null (1) state is returned if the proper
encapsulation data is not yet configured, if the row is
not in active status or if the session is in NULL state
as defined in the GSMP specification.
		  Options:
   1. null(1) -indicates that the current session state is null.
   2. synsent(2)  -indicates that the current session state is synsent.
   3. synrcvd(3)  -indicates that the current session state is synrcvd.
			 4. estab(4)  -indicates that the current session state is estab.
