This hwAdslLineBitAllocationInfoTable contains the detailed bit-allocation information for the current link. This information can be used to determine whether a given sub-carrier loop has sufficient margin to support ADSL data rates, and possibly to determine whether certain specific types of interference or line attenuation exist. The bit allocation information are only valid when the ATU-C is in the C-ACTIVE state. The index of this table is ifIndex.
