Enumeration
Enable different types of the DBA algorithm. Start upstream dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm, replacing former bandwidth allocation mechanism. internal(1) - OLT internal Service Level Agreement(SLA) based algorithm, always being activated. external(2) - DBA algorithm in a binary file which is loaded to the OLT from an external source.
