Object
The amount of time (in 100ms increments) over which the
threshold is defined.
If hpnicfDot3OamErrFrameThreshold frame errors occur within a window
of hpnicfDot3OamErrFrameWindow seconds (measured in tenths of
seconds), an Event Notification OAMPDU should be generated with
an Errored Frame Event TLV indicating the threshold has been
crossed in this window.
