The following IPX Frame types are operated 
in Layer3 VLAN such as :  
ipxEthernet8022(1), ipxEthernet8023(2),
ipxEthernetII(3), ipxEthernetSnap(4).
choose notApplicable(0) for other protocols.
Note: Each Network Number can be assigned with one unique Frame type; Otherwise,
a SNMP-SET error will be returned.
