An entry in the snPortStpTable indicates the 
configuration on a specified port. A SNMP SET PDU 
for a row of the snPortStpTable requires the entired 
sequence of the MIB Objects in each 
snPortStpEntry stored in one PDU.  Otherwise, 
GENERR return-value will be returned.
