The number of OSPFv3 Hello packets sent on the interface. This number is incremented each time an OSPFv3 Hello packet is sent out of an OSPFv3 enabled interface. Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system. The counters can be cleared for any interface using 'clear ipv6 ospf3 statistics' command
