The number of Link State Request packets received on the interface. This number is incremented each time a OSPFv3 LSR packet is received on OSPFv3 enabled interface. Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system. The counters can be cleared for any interface using 'clear ipv6 ospf3 statistics' command
