The destination address prefix of this route.
The type of address specified by this route is
indicated by the corresponding instance of the
hpicfIpStaticRoutePrefixType object.
An attempt to create a row in which the length
of this object is not consistent with the type
specified by hpicfIpStaticRoutePrefixType must
be rejected.
An attempt to create a row in which the value
X of this object, logically ANDed with the
value of the mask formed from the corresponding
instance of the hpicfIpStaticRoutePrefixLength
object, is not equal to X must be rejected,
i.e., this prefix may not have any 'host' bits
set.
